The Smart Ice 60 watt laser is one of the highest powered class IV lasers on the market at 60 watts. It is also priced at nearly half the cost of some comparable models. Many of the high powered lasers on the market are limited to one 980nm wavelength in a pulsed duration. This is optimal for pain reduction, but less optimal for healing tissues.
The unique four wavelength design of the Smart Ice 60w permeates variable tissue depths with exceptional efficiency. The pulsed wave option is excellent for pain modulation in the 980m range. The continuous wave option works best for metabolic activity and tissue healing in the 810nm range.
The Smart Ice 60w offers modes with alternating continuous and pulsed waves to optimize analgesia and cellular activity. Pulsed waves allow for faster delivery of energy without over-heating the tissue. Fully continuous, or pulsed modes are also available for provider preference. In addition to fully customizable settings, the Smart Ice 60w includes regional presets for tissue depth, skin color, and body size. All settings can be modified to specific treatment times and patient tolerance.
810nm INFRARED WAVELENGTH
The 810nm wavelength (at 8W) reaches deeper tissues and facilitates ATP conversion by maximizing oxygen saturation.
980nm INFRARED WAVELENGTH
The 980nm wavelength produces a deep thermal reaction to facilitate water and oxygen exchange. This aids in cellular metabolic processes and waste removal.
