Attachment heads last 1-3 years on average. For best longevity, only fire the device while it is in contact with the skin, always screw the attachment heads on until they stop rotating (gently), clean any debris from the attachment heads daily with a cloth or air canister, and clean the chamber of the handle with the pipe cleaner daily.
Broken attachment heads may be discarded, but dysfunctional shockwave handles should be returned for inspection.
